On October 8, 2025, the Department of Quantum Many-Body Theory at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research hosted the Japanese–German Symposium on Geometry and Topology of Quantum Materials. Around 70 participants from Stuttgart and other institutions joined the one-day meeting to explore recent developments in quantum geometry, topology, and their connection to correlated materials. more
