Leave at the «Universität» exit. At the traffic lights on the bridge, turn left, direction «Universität». Follow Universitätsstraße, then turn right into Nobelstraße. At the end of Nobelstraße (roundabout), turn right into Büsnauer Straße (first exit).<br /><strong>Public transport from Stuttgart Main Station:</strong> Take lines S1, S2 or S3 of the Underground («S-Bahn»), in the direction of «Herrenberg» or «Flughafen». Symposium on Quantum Hall Effects and Related Topics

The symposium is open for registration to members of the scientific community, including students, interested in these topics. The number of participants will be limited to about 170. We will offer a poster session where participants will be able to present their results on these topics.

The Symposium will start around noon on Wednesday, June 26th, 2013 and will last till Friday, June 28th. The Symposium will be closed by a conference dinner on that Friday evening.

Schedule

The scientific program of the Symposium will start with invited lectures in the afternoon of Wednesday, June 26th  2013. In the evening there will be a reception meeting for open discussions. The whole Thursday, 27th and Friday, 28th there will be presentations of invited speakers, interrupted by lunch and coffee breaks. A poster session with beverage and snacks is scheduled for Thursday late afternoon, going into the evening. The Symposium will be closed by the conference dinner on Friday evening in downtown Stuttgart.

Poster Contributions

Participants are invited to present a poster about their recent results on the topics of the Symposium. There is a poster session scheduled in the program, and the posters will also be accessible during the whole Symposium.

The pin walls will allow for poster size DIN A0 landscape (H 841 mm x  W 1189 mm).

For abstract submission, please use the LaTex-Template (preferred), an ASCII text or a Microsoft Word file. In any case, add a pdf-file of the abstract in the email submission.

The abstracts should be sent to QHE2013@​fkf.mpg.de with Subject ‘Poster’.
