Ministry Delegation Visits Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the Ministry of Science, Research, and the Arts of Baden-Württemberg to the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart.

Prof. Bernhard Keimer, Prof. Bettina Lotsch, Prof. Klaus Kern, and Prof. Dr. Peter van Aken guided the visitors through our cutting-edge research facilities, including the newly installed high-resolution microscope of the StEM group and our state-of-the-art precision lab. The delegation also received insights into ongoing research on magnons and novel battery materials.

This visit fostered valuable discussions on the importance of excellent fundamental research in Baden-Württemberg and highlighted the institute’s role in international scientific collaborations. We greatly appreciate the ministry’s interest in our work and the inspiring exchange of ideas.
