We would like to make use of this circumstance in order to build a worldwide, multidisciplinary network together with our alumns, in which both professional and private topics have their place, no matter where in the world our alumns are currently located. It is left to the alumns themselves whether they wish to participate in the AlumniNET of the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research only or in the MPG-wide alumni network (Max Planck Alumni Association e.
